Gearing Up Internet Literacy and Access for Students (GILAS)
The Ayala group's flagship program for education scales up a program it piloted in year 2000 to place computer laboratories with Internet access in public high schools. The program has been expanded via a social consortium composed of telecommunications, hardware and software companies, business organizations, and government agencies.
